Instructions
At storytime rug, ask children to name different animals and the habitats they live in.
Read the story, Cock-a-Doodle Mooo!: A Mixed-up Menagerie by Keith DuQuette
At craft table have children create their own mixed up animals using the Mixed-up templates, draw the pictures themselves or cut out pictures from old magazines.
Glue animals onto construction paper.
While children are creating their own animals, ask them where they would live?
